Mencap's Worksop shop in the Priory Shopping Centre is recruiting a Retail Shop Manager to lead a small team of volunteers and maximise donations and sales in a busy, friendly environment.
You will oversee customer service, sign up Gift Aid donors, handle cash and budgets, and ensure health and safety standards. Weekend and bank holiday flexibility is essential.
This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week and a supportive setting within a values-driven charity.
