Junior Account Manager

An established and growing import business is seeking a Junior Account Manager to join its team in Worksop. The company imports goods from across the globe and supplies UK-based businesses across a range of sectors.

The successful candidate will work closely with a Senior Account Manager and receive full training on the industry, products, and internal processes. The role will develop over time as knowledge and confidence increase.

• Supporting the management of existing B2B customer accounts
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Assisting with sales enquiries and account administration
• Gaining a strong understanding of the import process and product portfolio
• Attending supplier meetings, customer visits, and industry-related events across the UK once trained

• Some prior sales experience or knowledge of account management is required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ambitious, proactive, and keen to build a career in sales
• Well organised with good attention to detail
• Comfortable working in an office-based role

• Full training provided on the industry and role
• Ongoing support and mentoring from a Senior Account Manager
• Opportunity to progress into an Account Manager position after 12 months

This role offers a starting salary of £30,000
, standard office hours of 9am-5pm
