OTE: £35k | Uncapped Commission | Career Progression

• Win new instructions and list properties for market.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients face-to-face and over the phone.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Previous estate agency experience (e.g. Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator)
• Confident in generating new business in a target-driven environment
• Deliver outstanding customer care and customer service
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
• Hold a full UK driving licence
