The Role

* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the retail sector.

* Build and manage relationships with both existing and prospective retail customers

* Work closely with internal teams to deliver commercial growth and successful product launches.

* Negotiate commercial agreements and support long-term account development.

* Play a key role in the company's continued expansion strategy.

What We're Looking For

* Experience with in the food or FMCG industry.

* A proven commercial background in account management or business development.

* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

* Ambitious, proactive, and motivated to develop your career.

* Retail experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Package

 * £40,000 - £55,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

* Generous bonus scheme
