Relief Retail Security Officer

Pay rate: £13.23 per hour

Shift types: Various shifts (to be discussed at interview)

Mitie is looking for a Retail Security Officer who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst creating a safe shopping environment, free from the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.

Preferably hold a current SIA licence or SIA certificates. In some circumstances, training for a licence can be provided.

Full 5‑year checkable employment/education history required; failure to provide may result in offer withdrawal or termination.

• Deliver industry-leading customer service
• Deterrence of violence and public order offences
• Conduct patrols of the store
• Utilise CCTV systems to reduce crime and stock loss
• Liaise with store management teams
• Liaise with Police and crime partnerships to support crime reduction
• Wear body‑worn CCTV to enhance safety for colleagues and customers
