Waste Management Driver

Are you an experienced HGV driver who values teamwork, safety, and making a difference in your community? We’re looking for a skilled and responsible individual to operate our Waste Management vehicles and lead a refuse collection crew to deliver essential services across the district.

• Safely drive and operate a range of vehicles, including HGVs, sweepers, and specialist fleet.
• Supervise and support your crew, ensuring clear communication and high standards.
• Ensure health and safety compliance at all times, including daily vehicle checks.
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with colleagues and the public.
• Complete waste collection and street cleaning tasks efficiently and to Council standards.

• A valid HGV licence and Driver CPC qualification.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and service excellence.
• Ability to work outdoors and handle physical tasks.
• Play a vital role in keeping our streets clean and our community safe.
