HGV Class 1 Driver

CLASS 1 HAYDOCK Our client is looking for professional drivers to deliver and collect goods using a curtainsider trailer. Moving palletised goods (will need to operate a PPT). They work with many well-known retailers and brands that you will be familiar with. This job can offer a variety to each day with different routes, type of deliveries. Approx 10 hour shifts Day & Night Work available £17.00 or £19.05 inc hol pay M-F Days £18.00 or £20.17 inc hol pay M-F Night £19.50 or £21.85 inc hol pay Sat £21.00 or £23.53 inc hol pay Sun / BHol
* Min 8 hours per shift (45 min break deducted over 8 hrs) Here is what the clients criteria is to work here:

- Hold a valid C&E Driving licence (with a min of 6 months in C&E work) No more than 6 minor points on Driving licence DCPC Valid card for Driver Certificate of professional competence card Good working knowledge of EU Driver hours and WTR rules Enjoy working with people at the stores Health & Safety awareness Our drivers can expect Hourly PAYE rates and have the option to accrue holiday pay within their hourly rate or build a holiday pot to be paid when they are on holiday.
