Salary

Training pay rate £13.50 per hour, increasing to £15.45 after 6 months of employment.

Earn while you learn, we provide fully paid training to help you gain your PCV licence and enhancing your learning through a Level 2 Apprenticeship Qualification.

Based at our Worksop depot, located at Hardy Street

Pay rate during training of £13.50 per hour (training will last 6 - 8 weeks)

Annual earnings of £30,724 following completion of training based on 39 hours per week as a qualified Bus Driver (Typical annualised earnings with over time £34,443 based on 1 day overtime per week after training)

10% enhancement for any hours worked over contracted minimum

Our recruitment process is simple; a short application (around 3 - 4 minutes), followed by an interview assessing your experience & behaviours

Right to work in the UK (You will need to have been in the UK for a minimum of 183 days as part of DVLA requirement) and have been ordinarily resident in the UK and Islands or the British overseas territories for the last 3 years OR meet alternative criteria due to funding criteria (can be discussed via application)

You need to be 18 years old and hold a driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
