Asa Warehouse Shift Manager you will contribute to the success of the site by supporting the Operations Managerin the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring all aspects of Health & Safety within the Warehouse are maintained and product is picked and dispatched to the highest standard in order to meet contractual KPIs.

This is a full time, permanent role, working the hours of 4 on 4 off nights,

Key Duties of a Warehouse Shift Manager:

• Manage and motivate the shift teamin order toensure that productivity and service KPIsare achievedor exceeded.
• Ensure the highest possible levels of health, safety and hygiene are upheldso that legislative and quality requirements can be complied with, ensuring relevant paperwork is completed and retained.
• Ensuring the highest levels of Quality and compliance are maintained and that the site operates to the Audit standard required.
