Our
Manton 110
site is a major picking depot in Worksop, employing more than 200 colleagues and operating a fleet of more than 60 vehicles. The depot serves major convenience retailers in the region.

The Pick Accuracy Operative will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of the order picking process at Greencore, playing an important role in maintaining our high standards of stock management and customer satisfaction.
As a Greencore accuracy pick operative, you must be comfortable working in a fridge temperature environment.

• Verifying the accuracy of picked orders
• Verifying the quality of picked orders
• Flagging and resolving discrepancies in orders and stock counting
• Documenting and recording results from pick accuracy checks
• Identifying trends and recurring issues, working to improve the picking process
• Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
