Position Summary

Dedicated Physical Therapist to make lasting impact on patients. Supportive environment to grow skills, serve diverse populations, part of mission‑driven team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical abilities and limitations
  • Provide hands‑on physiotherapy treatments to enhance recovery
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • State licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
  • Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus
  • Experience with pediatrics or geriatrics is beneficial
