Location: Lancing
As the Site Manager you will oversee a Residential contract working on planned works primarily external Refurbs, EWI, Doors, Windows, Roofs.
Key Responsibilities- The Site Manager will manage the delivery of a Planned works, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Oversee planned works programmes, with a focus on EWI, Windows, Doors, Roofs
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client
- Conduct site inspections, and client meetings to maintain service levels
- Proven experience in Site Management within construction or social housing.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
