Location: Lancing
Role Description
We are looking for a motivated, professional Events Manager to support the delivery of high-quality coffee and brand experiences at a wide range of events. This is a hands‑on role combining specialty barista work, event setup and breakdown, client interaction, and operational support
.
Based from our office and warehouse outside of Brighton, you will regularly travel to event locations, representing both our brand and our clients at trade shows, brand activations, and prestigious events such as Wimbledon Tennis Championships and Royal Ascot
. You will play a key role in ensuring every event runs smoothly and meets the highest standards.
- Prepare and serve high-quality speciality coffee to a professional standard
- Operate espresso machines and grinders in fast-paced event environments
- Maintain excellent presentation and cleanliness of coffee stations
- Deliver consistent coffee quality across varied event settings
- Assist with event setup, pack‑down, and transportation of equipment
- Load, unload, and safely handle coffee and event equipment
- Support the wider events team in delivering smooth, well‑organised activations
- Adapt to different venues, layouts, and client requirements
- Act as a brand ambassador for both our company and our clients
- Engage confidently with clients, guests, and members of the public
- Work closely with client teams to deliver a positive brand experience
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and proactive attitude at all times
- Drive company vehicles to and from event locations (UK‑wide)
- Support early starts, long days, and occasional overnight stays during busy periods
- Assist with stock checks and preparation ahead of events
- Speciality coffee experience as a barista
- Confident working on espresso machines in high‑volume settings
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organised, and able to work under pressure
- Previous event barista or mobile coffee experience
- Experience working at trade shows, brand activations, or large events
- A strong understanding of hospitality and premium service standards
- Full‑time role
