Salary: £34,000 to £38,000 DOE

An award-winning AJ100 architectural practice is seeking an Architectural Technician to join its contemporary and dynamic studio in Worthing. The practice delivers a diverse portfolio spanning residential, education, commercial, healthcare and hospitality projects, with a strong focus on sustainability and people‑centred design. • Support the technical delivery of medium to large scale residential and mixed‑use schemes
• Prepare detailed drawing packages across various RIBA stages
• Produce accurate plans, elevations, sections and construction details
• Assist with building regulations submissions and ensure technical compliance
• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to deliver well‑resolved information
• Attend site meetings and contribute to successful project delivery

• Qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
• CIAT membership or working towards chartership desirable
• Sufficient experience in a UK based practice
• Proficient in AutoCAD;
  Revit experience advantageous
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
• Confident communicator with a proactive, team‑focused approach
