Pay: £130 a day

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Supply Primary Teachers to support primary schools across Worthing and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for teachers seeking flexibility, variety, or a better work-life balance while continuing to make a positive impact in the classroom.

• Deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum.
• Follow lesson plans and maintain continuity of learning.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN.
• Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure a positive learning environment.
• Uphold safeguarding and health and safety procedures.

• Hold QTS (ECTs welcome to apply).
• Have experience teaching in a primary school setting.
• Be confident, adaptable, and able to build rapport quickly.
• Have strong classroom management skills.
• Be committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
