We are looking for a dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Worthing, working with children who have complex needs
. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about making a real difference in children’s learning and development.

• Supporting pupils with complex needs on a 1:1 and small group basis

• Assisting with learning activities across the primary curriculum

• Helping children develop communication, social, and independence skills

• Working closely with teachers and the SEN team to provide consistent support

• Ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment

• Experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) is desirable but not essential

• A calm, patient, and nurturing approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential

• Competitive daily rate of £89

• Full-time hours (8:30am – 3:30pm)
