We reseeking enthusiastic, qualified Secondary English Teachers with both PPA and non-PPA options available to join our supply team across Worthing and the surrounding areas. Each day brings a new classroom, new pupils, and fresh opportunities ideal for teachers who thrive on variety and enjoy bringing creativity into their teaching.

• Deliver high-quality, engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4

• Inspire students to develop strong reading, writing, and analytical skills

• Support pupil progress and maintain accurate assessment records

• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment

• Work collaboratively with the English department and wider school team

• Follow school behaviour management and safeguarding procedures

• A degree in English or a closely related subject (essential)

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (preferred)

• Experience teaching English at Key Stage 3 and 4

• A genuine enthusiasm for literature and language, with the ability to make lessons engaging for all learners

• Strong classroom management and communication skills
