Southern Water is seeking an Environmental Compliance Manager to lead the Environmental Compliance Team in managing compliance risks related to wastewater operations. This role requires in-depth knowledge of UK Water Industry compliance frameworks and experience in a regulated environment. The successful candidate will take ownership of internal stakeholder engagement to resolve compliance issues and ensure effective regulatory compliance. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 1-2 days in the office per week.
