Senior Town Planner
Location:
Worthing
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Part time may be considered)
We’re looking for a Senior Town Planner to help shape sustainable, inclusive, and well-designed places across the UK. From housing and infrastructure to green spaces and regeneration — you’ll make a real impact on local communities.
What you’ll do:- Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals
- Engage with local authorities, clients, and the public
- Conduct site appraisals and policy research
- Advise on planning policy and development potential
- Support senior planners on major or strategic projects
- RTPI-accredited degree (or working toward Chartership)
- Strong knowledge of UK planning policy and process
- Excellent report writing, communication, and negotiation skills
- Flexible / hybrid working
