to spend building meaningful relationships
with your clients, as all of our care visits are a minimum
of one
hour.

You will support your clients to live happy, independent lives by providing:

• Companionship and help around the home
• Preparation and support with meals
• Prompting and assisting your client with their medication
• Supporting with personal care and to get dressed
• Social visits and support with appointments and shopping trips

As a Care Professional at Home Instead you will receive industry leading training, excellent rates of pay and 24/7 support from our office team.

• Excellent rates of pay,£11.50- £14.00 per hour
  , with a variety of working hours and shift patterns
• A variety of contracts to fit around your lifestyle (guaranteed hours, or azero hour contract
  - you choose!)
• Full or part-time hours available
• All visits are a minimum of an hour
• Paid mileage, 45p per mile & paid car MOT
• Paid training
• Paid shadowing visits
• Ongoing support from Team Leaders
• Regular team meet-ups and social events

Previous Care Experience is not essential, if you have a kind heart and caring nature we provide training to support you through your journey as a Home Instead Care Professional.
