Support Worker - Multiple positions available

Lobster Recruitment are looking for Support Workers to join a growing team.

You will work with extraordinary people who achieve fantastic successes and work as part of a supportive team, focusing on outcomes through a person-centred approach.

We work closely with local services for vulnerable people, to offer flexible working hours including:

• Early shifts
• Late shifts
• Long Day shifts
• Night shifts

• Have experience working with adults with learning and physical disabilities
• Be passionate about providing excellent support
• Be compassionate, take responsibility for your own actions and be keen to acquire new knowledge

• Flexible Working Hours
• Full time and Part time hours available
• Weekly Pay PAYE (Not Self Employed)
• Employer Pension Contribution
• Up to 28 days Holiday per year
• Full Practical & Theory Training.
• On call service, for out of usual office hours.
• Immediate Start available (subject to pre-employment checks).
• Uniforms
