An excellent opportunity is available for a Band 7 CT Radiographer to join a dedicated imaging team in Worthing. This position is ideal for a radiographer with strong CT experience who is confident working independently and committed to delivering high-quality diagnostic services. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the care and diagnosis of the client’s patients in a busy and well-equipped department.
Whatwill your responsibilities be :
The CT Radiographer will be responsible for performing a variety of CT examinations with precision and care, ensuring optimal image quality and patient safety. Duties include preparing and positioning patients, operating CT equipment in line with clinical protocols, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires effective communication with patients and colleagues, a commitment to high standards of care, and adherence to all safety and quality assurance procedures.
Flexibility to work long shifts is essential to meet service demands.
- HCPC registration as a Diagnostic Radiographer
- Significant experience in CT imaging, ideally at Band 7 level
- Strong understanding of CT protocols and radiation safety
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Flexible approach to working long shifts
