Serbus Health, supporting Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust based in Worthing, West Sussex, invites a Service Desk Analyst to join the SPFT Service Desk Team. This permanent, full-time role provides 1st line IT support for hardware, software and access queries, logging, triaging and resolving incidents to keep services running smoothly.
Hours are 40 per week (10am–6pm). You’ll communicate by phone, remote session, video call and service desk ticket, and escalate to 2nd/3rd line teams or
