🔑 Key Responsibilities- Advising clients on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)

- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Strong track record in private client work, particularly LPAs, wills, and probate
- STEP or SFE accreditation is desirable but not essential
