A highly regarded firm in Worthing is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to work in its successful and busy property team.

The firm offers hybrid, flexible working and will also consider candidates looking for part-time hours.

Your caseload will be varied and will include dealing with freehold and leasehold titles, drafting and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers, leases and agreements for lease, acting for landlords and tenants and acquisition and disposal of commercial properties.

Working with a friendly and experienced team, you will be able to manage your own caseload and participate in business development and marketing in order to assist in growing the department.
