Legal Secretary

A progressive and commercially successful Law firm known for its friendly culture and unwavering commitment to exceptional client care is looking for two Legal Secretaries for their Chichester and Worthing offices to join their Property Department which is made up of Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property transactions. The role will be on a hybrid working basis.

Job Role

Supporting Fee Earners across all areas of the Property Department.
Must possess excellent secretarial, administrative and IT skills.
Should be self-motivated, highly organised and be able to multitask and work independently while also being a team player.
Must demonstrate exceptional client care and communication skills when engaging with clients and third parties.
Should have the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure and have superb attention to detail.
Help to ensure files remain compliant with our internal procedures, Lexcel accreditation standards and assist with general secretarial duties.
Experience and Qualifications

Proven experience of working in a Solicitors office.
