Commercial Property Lawyer​/Solicitor

We are a progressive and commercially successful Law Firm with a strong reputation for providing excellent client care and service. We are looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer (PQE) to join our team. You can either work from our Worthing or Chichester office. (Hybrid) Benefits

Job Role

• Must have a good understanding of all aspects of Commercial Property Law with an ability to establish and build on good client relationships and take effective detailed instructions.
• Be self-motivated and be able to act on your own initiative.
• Be able to absorb information swiftly and accurately.
• Have an aptitude for dealing with members of the public, official bodies and owner-managed businesses courteously and confidently.
• Must have excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.

Experience and Qualifications

• Must have PQE
• Have a good knowledge of all aspects of the rules / regulations within the Commercial Property area of Law along with the understanding of SRA Accounts Rules, the SRA Handbook and Outcome Focused Regulations.
• Should possess excellent IT skills.
