Position: Commercial Property Lawyer/Solicitor (Permanent)
We are a progressive and commercially successful Law Firm with a strong reputation for providing excellent client care and service. We are looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer (PQE) to join our team. You can either work from our Worthing or Chichester office. (Hybrid)

Job Role

Must have a good understanding of all aspects of Commercial Property Law with an ability to establish and build on good client relationships and take effective detailed instructions.
Be self-motivated and be able to act on your own initiative.
Be able to absorb information swiftly and accurately.
Have an aptitude for dealing with members of the public, official bodies and owner-managed businesses courteously and confidently.
Must have excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
Experience and Qualifications

Must have PQE
Have a good knowledge of all aspects of the rules / regulations within the Commercial Property area of Law along with the understanding of SRA Accounts Rules, the SRA Handbook and Outcome Focused Regulations.
Should possess excellent IT skills.
