• £32,000-£36,000 Guaranteed Base Salary: Solid basic pay tailored directly to your qualifications and current skill level.

  Monday to Friday (08:00 - 17:00) with a fair, light Saturday morning rota.

• Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance, and health checks across ICE, Hybrid, and fully Electric vehicles.
• Learning high-voltage safety procedures, battery health checks, and EV system maintenance under manufacturer guidelines.
• Supporting Senior Technicians with core mechanical repairs, including brakes, suspension setups, timing belts/chains, and clutches.
• Utilizing modern diagnostic tools to locate, trace, and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
• Maintaining accurate job cards and collaborating smoothly with service advisors and workshop controllers.

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 / City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or time-served equivalent).
• Hands-on mechanical experience in a dealership, fast-fit center, or independent garage.
• Interest or basic qualifications in EV/Hybrid systems (Level 2/3 IMI EV qualifications are a plus, but full training is provided).
• Strong mechanical aptitude, logical diagnostic approach, and pride in clean workmanship.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
