About

The Role

You’ll join our Wastewater Transformation Portfolio team, leading change and readiness activities to ensure the successful delivery of transformation initiatives. This role is crucial in facilitating the effective adoption of change across frontline and back‑office teams.

What You Will Be Responsible For
  • Design and develop change management and business readiness strategies and plans
  • Act as an advisor to project teams, ensuring all initiatives have robust change plans
  • Conduct change impact assessments and training needs analysis
  • Work with SMEs to create training and process documentation
  • Establish and lead change agent networks
  • Track milestones and manage risks, actions, and dependencies
  • Support internal communications and engagement strategies
  • Monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust as needed
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to stand in for Programme Managers when required
  • Familiarity with PPM tools and governance processes
Essential
  • Proven experience in change management within complex programmes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to develop training and readiness plans
  • Knowledge of programme governance and risk management
  • Experience in large‑scale cross‑functional transformation delivery
Desirable
  • Experience in water industry or large‑scale transformation programmes
