CNC Turner Programmer

An excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Turner Programmer / Setter to join a well-established company.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours per week).

Salary: Competitive Salary, Depending on Experience.

Location: Worthing, West Sussex BN14.

Due to their fast‑growing business, the company has a vacancy for a highly skilled CNC Turner Programmer/Setter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with multi‑change set‑ups, tight tolerances and a full component production from start to finish.

• Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings with precision.
• Program and set multi‑axis Fanuc lathes efficiently and accurately.
• Consistently produce high‑quality components to exact specifications.
• Use CAD software (experience preferred but not essential).
• Follow verbal instructions and route cards to ensure smooth workflow.
• Continuously evaluate and improve current working processes and procedures to maintain efficiency and quality.

• Strong communicator both verbal and written.
• Industrious and detail‑oriented, with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Takes ownership of work with a high level of accountability.
• Professional, polite, and well‑mannered.

• Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm (30 min lunch).
• Friday, 7:30 am – 1:30 pm.
