South Coast Nursing Homes is seeking a Clinical Development Nurse to join the training and development team in Worthing. The role focuses on enhancing clinical practice standards across our nine care homes while supporting bespoke training delivery.
You will coach nursing teams, develop training programmes, and work with Clinical Director and home Managers to identify training needs and ensure audits meet targets.
