Senior Sales Negotiator

£30,000 – £40,000 a year

Jacobs Steel are the largest independent estate agent who have enjoyed selling property on the South coast of Sussex for over 40 years. Jacobs Steel’s residential sales business continues to thrive across its seven offices and we are therefore seeking an experienced senior negotiator to join our Worthing town centre office.

We pride ourselves on delivering the highest level of customer service whilst tirelessly seeking ways to consistently improve and innovate our growing business. We are seeking an ambitious individual who is passionate about property, has estate agency experience and is seeking the next opportunity to develop their career.

• Building relationships with both applicants and vendors
• Booking and attending valuations
• Proactively booking and attending viewings
• Taking ownership and progressing sales from agreed to completion
• Mentoring and developing trainee negotiators
• Partnering the Branch and Assistant Manager to develop marketing strategies to improve market share

• Previous estate agency experience (minimum 3 years)
• A ‘can do’ attitude with a competitive nature
