Client Support Administrator

Overview

Our client is one of the largest credit management service providers in Europe and the market leader in the UK and Ireland. • Look after a specific client which could be a bank or similar third party and liaise between the client and other internal departments to provide or request any information that may be needed.
• You will be responsible for processing data feeds and reports ensuring all information is correct and complete as well as analysing and reconciling account data regularly.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, i.e Word, Excel and some administrative experience.
• The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have excellent communication skills with the ability to use their own initiative.
• You will ensure high levels of accuracy at all times and be a team player with excellent customer service skills.

The starting salary for this position is £17,500 rising to £21,500 through evidencing progression subject to achieving competency and skills assessment criteria. After successful completion of your probationary period your salary will increase to £18,500. Salary reviews are held 6 monthly in June and November.

You will also have the opportunity to earn variable pay which can be up to 14% annually of your salary which is paid quarterly, based on achieving your monthly KPIs and targets.
