Sales Manager – UK & EMEA

£40,000 - £60,000 plus commission

Worthing (1 day in office per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute market capture plans to attract new business in the UK and EMEA regions.
  • Manage customer visits, coordinate marketing campaigns, and leverage CRM systems effectively.
  • Prepare and share detailed monthly reports on sales and marketing activities, highlighting key successes and areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve strategic growth objectives.
  • Oversee major bid responses, ensuring compliance with requirements and professional presentation.
  • Handle new product initiatives and promptly address customer inquiries.
  • Assist in developing commercial pricing strategies and support high-level negotiations.
  • Engage in marketing events and represent the company professionally.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bid management and understanding of RFQ processes in the UK & EMEA.
  • Knowledge of engineering concepts and manufacturing processes for gaskets, seals, and assemblies.
  • Understanding of quality management standards, including ISO
    9001.
  • Well-organised with experience in both domestic and international travel.
