Showroom Host

Overview

Yeomans Volkswagen Van Centre Indian Queens is looking for a Showroom Host to join their team and work alongside them in their exciting Volkswagen Van Centre.

You will be enthusiastic and upbeat and ideally have experience in a similar role, although this is not essential. You will be a key part of the team, providing support across our sales and service department, gaining a broad knowledge of the Volkswagen products to assist customers, whilst ensuring the highest degree of customer service is provided.

• Answering the phone/meet and greet visiting customers, directing them to the appropriate department and offering refreshments
• Assist with general product queries
• Assist with service & workshop bookings
• Customer waiting area kept in order inc. refreshments in plentiful supply
• Showroom support when necessary
• First aid and fire warden training
• Saturday showroom support when necessary (meet and greet, offering refreshments, helping where possible when a salesman is busy)
• Bank Holiday showroom support as above
• Showroom display vehicles appointed with relevant and up to date information
• Used car display kept in order
• Used car photographs
• Test drive assistance where necessary

• Service appointment follow up calls ensuring customer is happy
• Providing cover for service reception when necessary (sufficient training supplied)
• Customer contact details maintained on database
