Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 basic OTE, £50,000 + Sales Incentives

Hours:

40 per week (No late nights or Sundays)

Are you an established Kitchen Designer in a sales/customer‑facing role? Full training & induction in kitchen design is provided.

We need someone who will fit into our fun and friendly team, build relationships with local customers, and share your passion for design and exceptional service to convert leads into sales.

Your friendly, professional manner will welcome customers both in‑branch and r ability to listen and understand their needs allows you to advise and recommend products to design & measure their dream kitchen. Your enthusiasm and skills will close the sale and complete the project, and your attention to detail and drive will ensure customer satisfaction throughout the whole project.

• Previous sales experience in kitchen, bathroom, bedroom or furniture sales/design environment, nurturing customers' design desires and applying technical knowledge to deliver a memorable experience.
• Organised, excellent communication & time‑management skills, with drive and ambition to succeed.
• Team player, initiator and creative, able to work effectively to targets and achieve successful sales.
