We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Stores Person based at our head office in Worthing.

• Ordering spare parts from known suppliers.
• Sourcing items from alternative suppliers if required.
• Placing orders on behalf of the Workshop, Manufacturing & Service.
• Receiving orders over the phone and via e‑mail from customers.
• Raising quotations and sales orders.
• Passing completed sales orders through to accounts for invoicing.
• Taking payment from customers.
• Keeping stocks at the correct levels.
• Receiving goods in.
• Packing and distributing parts to engineers via courier.
• Assisting ‘Sales’ when required with the ordering of equipment.

• Full training will be given on the company software.
• Uniform will be supplied.
• Automatic enrolment to QCEL Work Place Pension Scheme.
• 25 days paid holiday plus all Bank Holidays.
• Opportunity to take part in weekend on‑call cover with additional pay after full training.

• Computer literate.
• Methodical and accurate in your work.
• Have a 'Can Do' attitude.
• Enjoy interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Be able to work together with a small team to get the job done.
• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
