Job Description

Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our client’s successful dealership in Worthing. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in automotive sales to take the next step in their career and lead a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

* Overseeing the daily running of the sales department.

* Supporting the team with closing deals and maximising sales opportunities.

* Monitoring performance and implementing strategies to improve results.

* Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered throughout the sales process.

* Managing stock levels and vehicle display.

* Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth dealership operations.

* Maintaining strong relationships with customers and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive within the motor trade.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

* Full UK driving licence.
