- Position: Warehouse Operative
- Salary: Up to £28,000
- Location: Lancing
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm
- Free onsite parking, 20 days annual leave + bank holidays, along with many more
We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a well‑established company based in Lancing. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a warehouse environment, with knowledge of health & safety and goods‑in processes. You’ll also need a valid, clean UK driving licence as you’ll be required to drive the company van to deliver goods, along with a valid Reach Truck Forklift Licence.
Asa Warehouse Operative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Completing paperwork to ensure goods are dispatched correctly
- Using a forklift truck to unload deliveries
- Labelling, sorting, and storing goods in the correct places
- Assisting with stock counts
- Keeping the warehouse tidy and organised
- Driving the company van to deliver goods
- Supporting health & safety procedures
- Valid, clean UK driving licence
- Valid Reach Truck Forklift Licence
- Previous experience in a warehouse/goods‑in environment
- Free onsite parking
- 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Regular salary reviews
This is a full‑time, permanent role based in Lancing, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with an annual salary of up to £28,000 depending on experience.
