As Warehouse Supervisor you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of health and safety, optimizing workflows, and delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate order dispatch.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Monitor and improve replenishment processes to minimize stock shortages.
• Support team development through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Operate and manage dispatch processes using the Script-easy system.
• Assist with global hold activities and process deviations as required.
• Provide coverage for Warehouse Manager duties during absences.

• Skilled in warehouse operations with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Effective communicator with patience and resilience.
• Demonstrates problem‑solving ability and a proactive approach.
• Committed to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
• Physically able to lift heavy items and work on your feet for extended periods.

Salary range for the role: £42,000.00 – £71,400.00 GBP per annum. Additional benefits are provided as part of BD’s compensation package.
