Third​/Fourth Grade Teacher

Job Title: 3rd/4th Grade Teacher (St. Mary's Catholic School)

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate 3rd/4th grade elementary school Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to supporting the Catholic mission and values of St. Mary's Catholic School, foster a positive learning environment for young learners, and utilize innovative teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with MN Department of Education curriculum standards.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a supportive learning atmosphere.
• Provide early intervention strategies for students who may need additional support.
• Conduct tutoring sessions to reinforce concepts and assist students in achieving their academic goals.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
• Proofread educational materials and student work to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and improve teaching strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field required; teaching certification strongly preferred (or in process).
• Experience working with children in an educational setting, particularly in private schools, is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to integrate learning technology into the classroom effectively.
• Experience in tutoring or providing individualized instruction is advantageous.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that supports all learners.

• Pay: $39,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
