Vice President of Lending

POSITION DETAIL

With over $150 million in assets, located in Worthington, Minnesota, Leading Edge Credit Union is currently seeking a lending executive to serve as their Vice President of Lending. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the incoming executive will be charged with overseeing a portfolio consisting of consumer, mortgage, commercial, and agricultural loans. Responsibilities will include managing underwriting, collections, and an indirect lending program.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in consumer lending, knowledgeable in regulatory lending requirements, and experienced in growing a loan portfolio and managing product mix. The successful candidate will have experience in leading lending operations for a credit union or retail bank and have the ability to develop strategic lending initiatives. Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred. Please include reference number 1602 when applying.
