Outreach Coordinator

This position plays a key role in supporting visiting specialty providers during Outreach Clinic days by helping ensure efficient clinic operations and a positive patient experience.

• Obtain patient information for outreach clinics.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinate outreach provider schedules.
• Keep clinic calendar up to date and manage clinical organization.
• Retrieve data and complete data entry for procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients and providers.
• Maintain a positive patient experience during clinic days.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medical Assistant (MA) certification is preferred but not required.
• Solid understanding of medical terminology.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in basic computer use, multi‑line phones, and office equipment.
• BLS certification is required.
