Our busy law office is growing, and we need a legal case manager to work alongside attorneys and achieve clients’ goals. Our ideal candidate will have experience in case management as a paralegal or legal assistant and is skilled in drafting documents and managing case files. We need someone who is an effective communicator, incredibly organized, and self-motivated. Our case managers play an essential role in ensuring that clients’ goals are met.

• Organize and maintain all case files, and information concerning engagement, whether electronic or paper, in accordance with the law firm policies
• Draft legal documents for attorney review
• Coordinate between attorneys, staff, and outside vendors to manage the law firm’s case load, present case summaries/updates, and ensure that deadlines are met
• Update clients and outside counsel on case status as requested

• Case management process experience is needed - preferably as a personal injury case manager, or related jobs such as legal secretary, paralegal, or legal assistant at a law firm, non-profit, or human services agency
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet presentation, and case management software
• Self-starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple matters at once Possesses exceptional organizational skills as well as effective communication skills, both written and oral
