What does a Restoration Project Manager (RPM) with Paul Davis do?

RPMs work with owners and subcontractors after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. RPMs manage the renovation, controlling and communicating the budget effectively. They spend a good deal of time in the field to see projects completed properly.

Construction project‑management experience is welcomed if you are willing to learn a new process. If you have limited experience but meet all qualifications, we will invest in your training.

Role on the Team (Job Functions)
  • Meet operational objectives of Sales, Gross Margin, and Brand Experience.
  • Confirm budget and work orders before the start of the project.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Participate in local community events.
  • Build relationships with key customers – direct and B2B.
  • Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesmen.

Before You Can Take the Field

We require a drug and background check. Working conditions and physical requirements: the employee must work both indoor and outdoor conditions, often using personal protective equipment. The role requires the ability to stand or walk, occasionally bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
