Hourly Production Full‑Time – JBS is seeking an hourly Production Team Member. Position starts at $21.60 per hour with the ability to go up to $27.60 per hour plus $1 per hour shift differential for work between 6 pm‑6 am.

• Work in an area where livestock is being killed
• Work regularly in temperatures near or below freezing (coolers, loading dock freezer)
• Work in areas with unpleasant odors
• Work in damp or cold conditions (20‑30 °F – fabrication)
• Work in extreme heat (up to 104 °F in the kill floor)
• Work in areas that require you to lift, pull, or push 50 lb
• Work with sharp knives or a cutting tool
• Willing and capable of working overtime when necessary (heavy season: August‑February)
• Available to work day and night shifts
• Willing and capable of working Saturdays
• Willing and capable of working in or around bloody areas, in a fast‑pace work environment, performing repetitive hand motions and body movements. Physical demands may require 5–6 weeks for full adjustment.
• Neutral wrist – repetitive hand motions and grasping
• Reaching – reaching for product on the conveyor belt or for boxes and bags
• Standing – constant standing for 8–10 hours per day, 6 days a week (loading dock 7 days as needed)
• Heavy work – exerting 51–100 lb occasionally and/or 26–50 lb frequently and/or 11–20 lb constantly to move objects
• Very heavy work – exerting over 100 lb occasionally, over 50 lb frequently, and over 20 lb constantly
• Expectations – report to work at your scheduled start time, follow company policies, supervisors and managers’ instructions, work well with others, and strive to learn and grow.

• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lb
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Additional qualifications as needed

Work Environment may include cold and/or hot temperatures and the use of sharp tools such as knives.
