Clinical Manager; LPN

The Shores of Worthington is hiring a Clinical Manager (LPN) to join our team!

• Monday
  - Friday
• On-Call every third weekend

• Oversee daily clinical operations within the facility, ensuring quality, safe, and compassionate resident care.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and families to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations and standards.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to maintain efficient clinical operations.
• Act as a clinical resource and leader, fostering a culture of teamwork and professional growth.

• Current LPN license in MN.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, nursing standards, and best practices in elder care.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
