The Shores of Worthington is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team!

The Shores of Worthington is a Residential Health Care Facility (SNF) that provides the highest levels of quality care through continuous improvement, and the involvement of the interdisciplinary team and the entire community. • Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem Shifts Available
• AM (6a-2:15P)
• PM (2pm-10:15pm)
• Overnight (10pm-6:15am)

• Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and facility guidelines
• Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance to the facility nursing policy and procedure
• Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan.

• Current CNA certification through Minnesota

• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
• Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy
• Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents
