Pay Range

Base pay range: $74,000.00 per year – $76,500.00 per year.

About the Role

The Shores of Worthington is hiring a Clinical Manager (RN) to join our team! Are you a strong nursing leader with a passion for ensuring high-quality resident care? Our skilled nursing facility is seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager to join our leadership team. This role is vital in supporting our nursing staff, promoting excellence in clinical care, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Hours
  • Monday‑Friday
  • On‑call rotation every third weekend
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily clinical operations within the facility, ensuring quality, safe, and compassionate resident care.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and families to develop and implement care plans.
  • Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations and standards.
  • Assist in staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to maintain efficient clinical operations.
  • Act as a clinical resource and leader, fostering a culture of teamwork and professional growth.
Qualifications
  • Current RN license in MN.
  • Minimum of 1‑2 years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, nursing standards, and best practices in elder care.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Compassionate, resident‑centered approach to care.
