About the RoleThe Shores of Worthington is hiring a Clinical Manager (RN) to join our team! Are you a strong nursing leader with a passion for ensuring high-quality resident care? Our skilled nursing facility is seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager to join our leadership team. This role is vital in supporting our nursing staff, promoting excellence in clinical care, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
Hours- Monday‑Friday
- On‑call rotation every third weekend
- Oversee daily clinical operations within the facility, ensuring quality, safe, and compassionate resident care.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and families to develop and implement care plans.
- Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations and standards.
- Assist in staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to maintain efficient clinical operations.
- Act as a clinical resource and leader, fostering a culture of teamwork and professional growth.
- Current RN license in MN.
- Minimum of 1‑2 years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, nursing standards, and best practices in elder care.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
